1. About MaddysMansion

MaddysMansion is an online platform for booking a furnished building, offering rooms or bed spaces for daily or selected stays, primarily catering to tourists. Our property is a personal property registered under local laws and bodies, and it's approved by the Kerala Tourism Department & Govt. of Kerala.

2. Eligibility and Booking

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking on MaddysMansion.
At least one adult (18 years or older) is required for any booking. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
While creating an account isn't necessary, we will collect essential information during the booking process, including your Name, Visitor's ID, Contact Number, and Email Address.
You must submit valid IDs for all guests during the check-in process.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are to be made directly at our front office.
No upfront payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment can be made partially or in full at the time of check-in.
The full outstanding amount must be submitted before check-out.
Any additional services requested during your stay will incur additional charges.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

When using MaddysMansion, you agree to:

Refrain from engaging in any illegal activities.
Not engage in harassment of any kind towards our staff, other guests, or property.
Not send spam or unsolicited communications.
Respect the intellectual property of MaddysMansion and others.
Abide by all house rules and regulations provided during your stay.

5. Intellectual Property

MaddysMansion and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by MaddysMansion, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MaddysMansion makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site.

MaddysMansion will not be responsible for third-party actions or for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or from any information, content, materials, products, or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local governing law of Kerala, India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms will be handled under the local governing law. Other disputes can be resolved directly through communication with MaddysMansion management.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the website thereafter.
